Technical Product Marketing Manager, Developer Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the developer growth strategy

• Establish and manage essential metrics throughout the developer journey

• Recognize pain points in the OSS, cloud, and self-service experiences

• Formulate hypotheses and conduct experiments aimed at enhancing onboarding, activation, engagement, and expansion

• Manage the messaging and positioning for Phoenix and the self-service AX

• Define Phoenix's role within the AI evaluation, observability, and agent development landscape

• Create technical content that aids pivotal moments in the developer journey

• Connect with the Phoenix and wider AI developer community to grasp their needs and extract insights

• Employ AI-native workflows to track ecosystem signals, consolidate feedback, and implement changes rapidly

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in developer marketing, product marketing, developer relations, or a technical/product role with a strong instinct for go-to-market strategies

• Proficient in reading and working with code, APIs, and developer tools

• Excellent technical writing capabilities

• Background in AI/ML tools, observability, or developer workflows

• At ease utilizing AI tools as part of everyday processes

• A hands-on executor who delivers results quickly

• Based in San Francisco
