WordPress Full-Stack Developer – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and enhance WordPress websites, including custom themes, plugins, and headless integrations (Next.js).

• Collaborate closely with the Web Tech Lead, junior developer, external agency, and global stakeholders to achieve roadmap objectives.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance site performance utilizing tools such as New Relic, Datadog, and Query Monitor.

• Provide support for multilingual and multisite operations, ensuring stability, scalability, and consistency across various regions.

• Engage with the Demand Generation team via ASANA to fulfill marketing and web requirements on time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of practical, production-level WordPress development experience (with an overall technical background of approximately 10 years).

• Strong expertise in WordPress, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, including the development of custom themes and plugins.

• Familiarity with headless WordPress configurations, especially using Next.js.

• Proficient understanding of performance monitoring, debugging tools, and best practices for web optimization.

• Capacity to work effectively within a global, cross-cultural team and communicate clearly in dynamic environments.
