This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Develop, customize, and manage WordPress websites, including bespoke themes and plugins.

• Convert visual designs into operational, responsive, and cross-browser compatible experiences utilizing HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, and PHP.

• Incorporate external APIs into both new and existing websites.

• Conduct testing and debugging of websites to ensure compliance with performance, security, and accessibility standards.

• Apply SEO best practices at a technical level to enhance organic performance.

• Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.

• Minimum of 3 years of web development experience with a strong emphasis on WordPress (custom theme and plugin creation).

• Expertise in HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, and PHP.

• Strong understanding of responsive design, web standards, and accessibility principles.

• Practical experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions.

• Knowledge of server administration and web hosting environments.

• Experience with healthcare websites or HIPAA encryption standards is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Webflow, Drupal, React, Angular, Twig, or Node is a bonus.
