Women’s Health Specialist – Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide tailored guidance on the functional, physical, and emotional aspects of perimenopause through post-menopause.

• Manage care for members seeking hormone therapy via Bloom’s network of partner clinicians.

• Recognize when a member's needs extend beyond wellness and necessitate clinical assessment.

• Contribute to the development of program protocols and AI initiatives, and engage in quality reviews.

• Assist Bloom’s operations by refining workflows and ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality care.

• Collaborate with Bloom's interdisciplinary team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license; national certification is mandatory.

• MSCP (Menopause Society Certified Practitioner) certification is essential.

• Experience in telehealth or digital health environments.

• A strong enthusiasm for personalized, holistic care and a firm belief in technology's ability to bridge the gaps in menopause and midlife healthcare.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that translate well into a digital care setting, with the capability to foster trust and engagement.

• Ability to maintain clinical rigor while emphasizing member empowerment, behavioral change, and motivational support.

• Diligent and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
