This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with internal teams to transform intricate data and strategic insights into captivating and meaningful content for various brands and audiences, including healthcare professionals, patients/caregivers, and internal client groups.
• Create and manage original content for both digital and print platforms (e.g., product brochures, emails, social media, banner ads, videos, websites, and core visual aids).
• Direct the messaging architecture and uphold brand voice across accounts, ensuring that all outputs meet or surpass agency creative standards.
• Work closely with Creative, Strategy, and Art leadership to define campaign visions and enhance creative execution across various platforms.
• Engage confidently with clients as a trusted advisor by leading copy discussions, offering creative solutions, and propelling projects forward.
• Exhibit a solid understanding of therapeutic areas, target audiences, brand literature, and strategies for assigned products, with the adaptability to assist across different therapeutic teams when required.
• Manage multiple brands and oversee copy teams and freelancers, effectively balancing workflow, priorities, and resource allocation across accounts.
• Conduct efficient internal meetings and creative reviews to foster alignment, efficiency, and high-level strategic solutions.
• Facilitate creative workshops and collaborative sessions with clients.
• Present compelling and impactful presentations during client meetings and new business pitches.
• Contribute strategically relevant ideas that enhance creative output, strengthen client relationships, and support agency growth.
• Over 7 years of copywriting experience within a pharmaceutical advertising agency.
• Proven experience writing for both healthcare professional and consumer audiences.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Documented success in launching multiple new brands and managing extensive workstreams.
• Thorough understanding of market trends and marketing briefs.
• Established history of producing effective, engaging, and strategically sound promotional materials.
• Experience in delivering persuasive presentations for clients and during new business pitches.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently produce high-quality work and maintain creative excellence under tight deadlines.
