Insurance Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Proactively seek out and manage incoming inquiries from both individual and corporate clients.

• Present and recommend insurance products and services tailored to the client's profile and requirements.

• Offer consultative services by providing transparent and objective information regarding coverages, terms, and benefits.

• Lead negotiations and successfully finalize sales.

• Track proposals in progress and offer post-sale assistance.

• Maintain the CRM with up-to-date contact information and opportunity records.

• Collaborate with the team and adhere to the brokerage's commercial policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or current enrollment in a university program (Business Administration, Law, Insurance, or related fields).

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel).

• Excellent organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
