Licensed Land Surveyor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Authenticate and endorse mortgage, boundary, and topographic surveys for clients focused on closing, such as title companies and real estate attorneys.

• Conduct quality assurance and review survey outputs created by drafters prior to client handover.

• Liaise with clients regarding turnaround times, inquiries about the scope, and any issues related to deliverables.

• Manage the progression of projects from the receipt of field data to the final sealed document.

• Identify compliance issues and ensure that all work adheres to Florida Chapter 472 regulations.

• Collaborate with field teams and drafters to effectively address any data gaps or discrepancies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Florida PLS license — mandatory, with no exceptions.

• Proficient in handling a high volume of mortgage surveys — familiar with FAR/BAR standards and title agent expectations.

• Able to work efficiently and accurately under production pressure without compromising compliance.

• Excellent communication skills — capable of managing client calls and email correspondence directly.

• Resident of Florida (or willing to relocate) — remote work is acceptable, but Florida residency is required.
