Women’s Health Specialist – Certified Nurse Midwife

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide tailored support regarding the functional, physical, and emotional dimensions of pregnancy wellness, preparation for childbirth, early postpartum recovery, and lactation assistance.

• Recognize when a member's needs extend beyond the wellness scope and necessitate clinical assessment.

• Play a role in the formulation of program protocols and AI advancements while engaging in quality reviews.

• Enhance Bloom’s operations by refining workflows and aiding in the scaling of consistent, high-quality care delivery.

• Collaborate with Bloom's interdisciplinary team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current, unrestricted CNM licensure; national certification through AMCB is mandatory.

• IBCLC certification is essential.

• Experience in telehealth or digital health is required.

• A strong enthusiasm for personalized, holistic care and a sincere belief in technology's capacity to bridge the gaps women encounter in pregnancy and postpartum healthcare.

• Exceptional interpersonal abilities that translate effectively within a digital care setting, with a knack for building trust and engagement.

• Capability to balance clinical thoroughness with a strong emphasis on member empowerment, behavioral modification, and motivational support.

• Diligent and capable of functioning effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
