This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist retail partners through on-site visits, product demonstrations, and engagement on the sales floor.
• Provide clear and compelling product presentations to educate and inspire retail staff and consumers alike.
• Execute merchandising and promotional initiatives utilizing product and point-of-purchase materials.
• Carry out all in-field operations in accordance with seasonal go-to-market strategies and sales objectives.
• Generate enthusiasm and awareness for Altra by collaborating with retail and community partners.
• Represent Altra at local and select national events, races, and expos.
• Support consumer trials and education through community activations and experiential opportunities.
• Cultivate meaningful, long-lasting relationships that encourage advocacy and repeat sales.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to formulate and implement effective service plans for the territory.
• Collaborate with Field Service team members to design and execute impactful educational initiatives and activations.
• Provide detailed, accurate, and timely activity reports using designated tools (e.g., Repsly).
• Over 1 year of experience in specialty retail (preferably in running or outdoor specialty).
• More than 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or field service.
• Knowledge of the Altra product line.
• Experience in fitting and selling technical footwear.
• Strong skills in time management, planning, and organization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (including Outlook).
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager to take initiative.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Sales, Business, Kinesiology, or a related field is preferred.
• Additional compensation opportunities may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentives, or commission potential.
