WMS Implementation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of WMS implementations for ShipHawk clients.

• Conduct discovery sessions to identify receiving, picking, packing, and shipping needs across both domestic and international operations.

• Convert operational processes into ShipHawk workflows and configurations.

• Develop and execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and integration assistance.

• Spot gaps or opportunities for enhancements and work closely with Product and Engineering teams.

• Suggest process improvements to optimize customer return on investment.

• Assist customers in user acceptance testing and preparations for going live.

• Keep lines of communication open with customer stakeholders and internal teams.

• Facilitate the transition of customers to the Support team following implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of practical experience in implementing WMS software in client-facing roles.

• Proficient in SQL, including the ability to write queries for data analysis and configuration validation.

• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, encompassing receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Demonstrated organizational and project management capabilities.

• Capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Self-driven and able to work effectively in a team environment.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic atmosphere.
