• Oversee and facilitate the full lifecycle of WMS implementation and configuration projects.
• Assess business, functional, and integration requirements to create effective WMS solutions.
• Set up essential WMS modules including Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Returns, Picking, Shipping, and more.
• Work collaboratively with both internal and client teams to develop custom logic utilizing client configuration and extensibility tools.
• Assist with API testing (for instance, using Postman) and manage system integrations with ERP, OMS, TMS, and MHE/automation systems.
• Create, review, enhance, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures within relational databases such as Oracle and MySQL.
• Conduct root-cause analysis, debugging, and performance optimization (including queries, stored procedures, indexing, and execution plans).
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders throughout the phases of SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live.
• Diagnose production issues and address both functional and technical challenges within established SLAs.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies and contribute to initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
• Ensure the maintenance of high-quality documentation, including technical designs, test plans, runbooks, and configuration records.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in WMS implementations or supply chain execution systems.
• Strong techno-functional expertise in any WMS platform.
• Comprehensive understanding of warehouse processes such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Advanced SQL skills, including the design and optimization of stored procedures, complex queries, indexing, and performance tuning within relational databases like Oracle and MySQL.
• Familiarity with API testing tools and system integrations (ERP/OMS/TMS/MHE).
• Proven troubleshooting and debugging abilities spanning application, integration, and data layers.
• Outstanding interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills.
• Capability to work efficiently with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
