Clinical Data Standard Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Participate in the Sponsor Standards and Technology Leadership teams.

• Provide consultation to clients on CDISC-centric implementation projects specific to sponsors.

• Engage in industry groups dedicated to the advancement of standards-related initiatives (e.g., CDISC, PhUSE, etc.).

• Create, manage, implement, and report on the status of Standards Related Project Plans.

• Oversee the implementation, strategy, and configuration of a metadata repository designed to manage libraries of CDISC-related metadata, terminology, and associated standards.

• Guide and mentor Clinical Data Standards Consultants.

• Lead Subject Matter Expert teams on topics pertinent to standards.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancement that could boost productivity, quality, and/or compliance of deliverables from data collection through to analysis and reporting.

• Take part in metric analysis and collaborate with the Director of Global Data Standards to formulate recommendations for management teams regarding process improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the industry, showcasing knowledge of standards utilized by biometrics.

• A bachelor's degree or its international equivalent from an accredited institution.

• Proven proficiency in CDASH, SDTM standards, and associated controlled terminology, along with a solid understanding of CRF design concepts.

• Strong communication skills complemented by demonstrated leadership capabilities.
