This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Oversee, develop, and inspire the team.
• Ensure the implementation of the sales strategy and the attainment of annual KPIs and objectives.
• Create and oversee an annual business unit plan aimed at achieving the agreed channel revenue KPIs and targets.
• Provide necessary reporting as required.
• Cultivate successful business relationships with customers.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including the account team, category team, activation team, sales capability, and customer finance.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of category insights and knowledge.
• Guide the team in utilizing category tools to engage and influence customers.
• Extensive knowledge of the market and routes-to-market in which Mondelēz International operates.
• Proven experience in sales and leading a team of sales professionals.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of sales and negotiation processes.
• Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Effective leadership and team-building skills.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Experience in FMCG and wholesale sales.
