This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Create and implement a business strategy for your territory aimed at meeting or surpassing sales and growth targets.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with financial advisors, broker-dealers, RIAs, and distribution partners.
• Facilitate advisor meetings, conduct educational presentations, and organize client engagement events to enhance relationships and boost product usage.
• Discover and develop new business prospects within designated territories and channels.
• Offer market insights, investment updates, and product training in compliance with FINRA and regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams such as marketing, operations, compliance, and leadership to ensure unified messaging and advisor support.
• Keep precise records of activities, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain advisor communications using CRM systems.
• Represent Exemplar Companies at industry conferences, networking events, and meetings.
• Collaborate across functions to support strategic growth projects and enhance advisor engagement initiatives.
• Required: FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in investment sales, wholesaling, financial services, or business development.
• Comprehensive knowledge of alternative investments, private placements, and advisor distribution networks.
• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales and relationship management objectives.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong business development skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as necessary.
• Preferred: Experience with both warehouse and independent broker-dealer channels.
• Highly desirable: Existing relationships with advisors and established networks.
