This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Accountable for devising and implementing business development strategies to enhance wholesale operations across the work and hunt brands.
• Lead a team comprising territory sales managers and territory account representatives.
• Ensure effective execution of strategies in the field.
• Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients.
• Oversee assigned personnel and manage their performance.
• At least 7 years of sales experience, including leadership and mentorship of a team.
• Proven experience in a matrix-sales environment.
• Demonstrated success in creating and implementing effective sales initiatives and plans.
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
• Preferred experience in effectively leading sales teams within a highly networked organization.
• Preferred experience in selling premium footwear, workwear, or safety solutions.
