Wholesale Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Accurately process and manage customer orders through both EDI and non-EDI systems.

• Track order status to guarantee timely fulfillment and delivery.

• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to address order-related issues.

• Efficiently manage order changes, cancellations, and returns.

• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies, shortages, or billing issues related to orders.

• Assist in audits by providing precise documentation and order records.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers about order updates.

• Keep order records organized and up to date (WOL).

• Execute ad hoc tasks, special projects, and support daily wholesale operations as required.

• Monitor and verify inventory levels to ensure order accuracy and availability, coordinating with partners when necessary.

• Understand and adhere to partner compliance guidelines to align all processes with required standards.

• Help identify potential risks and opportunities, reporting them to the manager.

• Supervise the ordering and packaging process to guarantee accuracy, efficiency, and timely fulfillment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills in English.

• 1–2 years of experience in order management, wholesale operations, or retail operations.

• Experience in handling sales orders, backorders, and order fulfillment processes.

• Knowledge of EDI systems and Netsuite.

• Familiarity with inventory management and shipment tracking.

• Strong ownership and accountability in managing orders from start to finish.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Willingness to work the graveyard shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine time).

• Educational background in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
