Tiktok Shop Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the architecture, operations, and overall health of our TikTok Shop presence.

• Establish and manage TikTok Shop seller accounts.

• Oversee product catalog management: including listings, variants, pricing, and inventory synchronization.

• Integrate TikTok Shop with our Shopify backend, third-party logistics (3PL), and inventory systems.

• Manage the order flow from TikTok Shop to 3PL and ultimately to the customer.

• Keep track of inventory levels and predict restock needs based on creator/live campaign surges.

• Collaborate with logistics partners on fulfillment processes, returns, and customs procedures.

• Ensure shop health scores remain positive by monitoring violations, managing appeals, and ensuring policy compliance.

• Handle product approvals, category certifications, and necessary documentation for TikTok.

• Oversee the in-app customer service for TikTok Shop.

• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manage refunds, returns, and escalations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in TikTok Shop operations, with a strong preference for the US market.

• Must have personally set up a TikTok Shop from the ground up, not merely managed an existing one.

• Proficient in the seller backend, including the Seller Center, Affiliate Center, and Creator Marketplace.

• Knowledgeable about usage rights, whitelisting, and Spark Ads from an e-commerce perspective.

• Familiarity with the cosmetics and beauty category restrictions on TikTok Shop is a significant advantage.

• Experience in integrating TikTok Shop with Shopify and a 3PL.

• Comfortable managing shop health, including appeals and compliance documentation.

• Self-motivated, organized, and adept at asynchronous work using tools like Slack, ClickUp, and Notion.
