This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Develop, document, and enhance scalable operational systems.

• Oversee workflow coordination across the remote team.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact within the organization.

• Detect bottlenecks and introduce process enhancements.

• Enable the founder to concentrate on growth by managing daily operations.
• Extensive experience in operations, project management, or business management.
• Outstanding organizational and execution capabilities.
• Proficient English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Highly proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks without losing focus.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• Experience in managing remote teams and workflows.
• Process-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Background in online education, coaching, or real estate is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with CRMs, project management tools, and automation is a plus.
