Wholesale Mortgage Closer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assess loan files for precision and adherence to compliance before finalizing closures.

• Draft and authorize the Closing Disclosure.

• Generate all necessary closing documents promptly.

• Liaise with the Broker, Account Executive, and settlement agent to arrange the closing date and time.

• Collaborate with various departments to resolve any file discrepancies.

• Compute loan interest, principal payments, escrow fees, and closing costs ahead of the closing.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in mortgage closing is mandatory.

• Experience in Wholesale Closing is essential.

• Familiarity with Encompass is preferred.

• Comprehensive understanding of TRID regulations is required.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.

• Some college education is preferred.
