This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Maintains sales contacts, pipeline, and other relevant sales activity reports.

• Collaborates with the Operations Staff to streamline the loan process from Submission to Funding.

• Actively oversees the loan pipeline.

• Tasked with establishing new business opportunities, nurturing existing business relationships, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

• Secures approval packages for new clients as required.

• Responsible for soliciting business from mortgage entities (Brokers and Non-Delegated Correspondents) within the designated territory.

• Follows up with potential clients.

• Provides continuous service support to clients.

• Educates and trains clients on JMAC's products, policies, and procedures to guarantee that all loan files are comprehensive and adhere to guidelines.

• Develops and maintains an effective territory strategy for JMAC clients (Brokers and Non-Delegated Correspondents) and submits a written report of sales call activities to the sales manager.

• Participates in meetings of local and state trade associations as directed by management.

• Remains informed about indices, market changes, and underwriting guideline modifications to discuss the mortgage market knowledgeably.

• Performs other duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including experience as a Wholesale/Non-Delegated Correspondent Account Executive.

• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with MS Office products.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Capability to manage detailed assignments.

• Ability to organize, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.

• Established relationships with Brokers/Correspondents.
