This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Together with an experienced Creator Manager, you will form a management duo for our exclusive social media creators.

• You will independently negotiate and organize advertising collaborations for the creators, taking responsibility for their workload.

• Actively seeking suitable collaboration partners, you will contribute your creative ideas for innovative concepts.

• You will ensure that creators continuously publish platform-appropriate content on their social media accounts.

• You will communicate and negotiate firmly yet empathetically with clients.

• You are an enrolled student in the field of media management or economics with a focus on marketing.

• You are motivated to contribute your own ideas and pursue them until realization.

• You possess a high level of communication skills.

• You are reliable, flexible, and a team player.

• Ideally, you have some experience in sales negotiation.

• You have a strong interest in social media and influencer marketing.

• You possess good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
