Influencer & Creator Relations, Minijob/Working Student

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• You will identify appropriate creators and influencers for HÄNG (focusing on outdoor, lifestyle, travel, micro to mid-tier).

• You will personally reach out to them, avoiding the use of templated mass messages.

• You will convince them to collaborate with us and manage the agreement until it is signed.

• You will monitor all ongoing partnerships: tracking deadlines, content submissions, and approvals.

• You will follow up in a friendly yet persistent manner.

• You will serve as the primary contact for creators' needs: addressing product inquiries, providing briefs, and making goodwill decisions.

• You will keep our creator database updated and ensure all documentation is current.

• You have the ability to inspire excitement about unfamiliar topics—both in written communication and face-to-face.

• You are organized enough to manage over 20 collaborations simultaneously without losing track.

• Kindness, patience, and a genuine interest in people are essential traits—non-negotiable.

• You possess a strong sense of which creators align with a brand and which do not.

• Experience in influencer collaborations, creator outreach, or social media is beneficial—but a willingness to learn is sufficient for us.
