This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, and onboard creators from the Insense marketplace and various external sources.

• Pair creators with client campaigns based on brand alignment, campaign objectives, and target demographics.

• Oversee influencer campaigns from start to finish, which includes creator sourcing, briefing, content management, and performance evaluation.

• Assist with UGC campaigns in collaboration with the Account Management team.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with creators and influencers to foster long-term partnerships.

• Develop and manage a roster of high-performing creators for upcoming campaigns.

• Facilitate communication with creators, negotiate fees, and oversee deliverables.

• Supervise campaign execution to guarantee timely content delivery that meets quality standards.

• Evaluate content performance and provide constructive feedback to creators for enhanced results.

• Engage creators through community initiatives, events, and feedback programs.

• Conduct outreach to creators across TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

• Enhance sourcing and outreach procedures to boost efficiency and scalability.

• Monitor campaign metrics, assess outcomes, and share insights to refine future performance.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and effective client communication.

• Partner with the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to refine campaign strategy and performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and oral.

• Over 4 years of practical experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion.

• Demonstrated experience in sourcing, recruiting, and managing creators on TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong comprehension of influencer marketing metrics and the ability to enhance campaigns based on performance analytics.

• Experience in building and sustaining long-term relationships with creators and influencer communities.

• Excellent project management and communication skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns concurrently.

• Experience in constructing and scaling influencer outreach and creator sourcing strategies.

• Profound understanding of TikTok, Instagram, social media trends, and best practices for influencer content.
