Influencer Talent Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Represent, support, and strategically guide a selection of designated influencers, assisting them in expanding their audiences and monetizing their content.

• Secure and negotiate high-value agreements with brands, agencies, and record labels, crafting successful campaigns for your talent roster.

• Maintain ongoing communication with influencers and brands to ensure effective collaborations.

• Develop targeted strategies in collaboration with our internal teams to enhance influencer reach, boost engagement, and drive revenue growth.

• Operate independently in a completely remote, flexible environment, driving your own success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or relevant sales positions.

• Have a solid understanding of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick.

• Excel at building relationships and demonstrate strong negotiation capabilities.

• Be proactive, driven, and comfortable working independently.

• Combine ambition with patience—capable of closing deals swiftly while nurturing long-term relationships.

• Be highly organized, proficient in data management, and skilled in Google Sheets. (Bonus: Previous experience at a talent agency, marketing agency, or in sales-oriented roles!)
