This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard creators from the Insense marketplace as well as external platforms.
• Align creators with client campaigns based on brand compatibility, campaign objectives, and target demographics.
• Oversee influencer campaigns from start to finish, including creator sourcing, briefing, content management, and performance evaluation.
• Assist with UGC campaigns in collaboration with the Account Management team.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with creators and influencers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Expand and manage a roster of high-performing creators for upcoming campaigns.
• Facilitate communication with creators, negotiate rates, and oversee deliverables.
• Supervise campaign execution to guarantee timely content delivery that meets quality benchmarks.
• Assess content performance and provide constructive feedback to creators to enhance outcomes.
• Engage creators through community initiatives, events, and feedback programs.
• Conduct outreach to creators across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant networks.
• Enhance sourcing and outreach methods to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor campaign metrics, analyze outcomes, and share insights to refine future performance.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and effective client communication.
• Partner with the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to refine campaign strategy and enhance performance.
• Proficient in English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Over 4 years of practical experience managing influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing, recruiting, and managing creators on TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong grasp of influencer marketing metrics and the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance analytics.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with creators and influencer communities.
• Excellent project management and communication abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple campaigns concurrently.
• Experience in developing and scaling influencer outreach and creator sourcing processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of TikTok, Instagram, social media trends, and best practices for influencer content.
