This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Providing support in the development and enhancement of our marketing and sales automations within HubSpot.
• Creating and optimizing workflows, email sequences, and lead nurturing campaigns.
• Actively participating in lead management, from scoring and routing to lifecycle stages.
• Ensuring that our CRM data is structured, maintained, and meaningful.
• Assisting in the integration of HubSpot with other tools.
• Collaborating closely with the marketing and sales teams.
• You are studying Business Informatics or a similar program with a technical focus.
• Strong technical understanding and interest in systems, data structures, and processes.
• Ideally, you have initial exposure to CRM systems, marketing tools, or HubSpot.
• Basic understanding of marketing automation and customer journeys.
• Analytical thinking and enjoyment in working with data (e.g., Excel or reporting).
• Structured, meticulous, and independent working style.
• Eagerness to quickly familiarize yourself with new tools and processes.
• A team player with clear and open communication.
• Time and space for growth.
