Werkstudent Projektmanagement, Business Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will closely collaborate with our executives, assisting them in day-to-day operations as well as in strategic matters related to project management and business development.

• You will take on responsibility in projects by creating reports, analyses, and presentations that serve as crucial decision-making tools.

• You will reliably organize, coordinate, and track projects, ensuring that tasks and timelines are adhered to.

• You will optimize processes, workflows, and structures, actively contributing your ideas for efficiency improvements.

• You will work with modern project management tools such as Asana and utilize Excel extensively for data-driven analyses.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have completed your Bachelor's degree or are nearing completion, currently enrolled in a Master's program, ideally with a commitment of around two years.

• You have at least two relevant internships or student jobs and have already worked on projects.

• You possess excellent Excel skills and have gained initial experience with project management tools like Asana.

• You work independently, in a structured manner, and hands-on, requiring no micromanagement.

• You are eager to take on responsibility, drive initiatives forward, and communicate confidently in German at a native level.
