• Develop strategic partnerships with blockchain entities and decentralized applications to enhance Trust Wallet’s visibility and user engagement.
• Actively engage with the Web3 and fintech ecosystems, including dApps, protocols, developer communities, and venture capitalists, to establish Trust Wallet as the premier wallet solution.
• Oversee the entire partnership lifecycle, from targeted outreach and expert negotiations to successful deal closure and ongoing collaboration.
• Create and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aimed at accelerating user acquisition and revenue growth by conducting thorough analyses of competitors, upstream and downstream partners, and the evolving Web3 landscape.
• Assess the effectiveness of business development initiatives through detailed impact analysis, gather actionable feedback, and utilize data-driven insights to refine growth strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities, providing strategic insights and regular updates to the CEO on business development performance, market trends, competitor activities, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.
• Mentor and guide the business development team member as it grows, establishing clear objectives, prioritizing key initiatives, and nurturing a culture of professional development.
• Communicate partner feedback to the product team to identify new opportunities and craft compelling business cases.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, content, and developer relations teams to ensure partner success and advocate for Trust Wallet’s developer-focused initiatives.
• Enhance and streamline business development processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• 5–7 years of experience in business development, preferably within the fintech, cryptocurrency, or high-growth technology sectors.
• Demonstrated success in identifying, negotiating, and finalizing high-value deals that promote user and revenue growth.
• Established connections within the Web3 ecosystem, including dApps, protocols, liquidity providers, and venture capitalists.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for coordinating with international partners and stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of the crypto and blockchain landscape, including trends, emerging technologies, and growth models.
• Thorough knowledge of Trust Wallet’s product offerings, competitive positioning, and strategic significance in the cryptocurrency arena.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to convey compelling value propositions in the Web3 space.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills suitable for high-stakes situations.
• Proven capability to build and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships.
• Advanced strategic thinking and analytical capabilities to identify market opportunities and make data-informed decisions.
• Data-literate with a solid grasp of marketing and operational metrics to evaluate growth strategies.
