Werkstudent im Bereich Customer Success Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assist with client projects as well as account setup, billing issues, technical adjustments, and the creation of campaigns, reports, and documentation.

• You will have the opportunity to work with modern AI and build or support automation for clients.

• After appropriate training, you will directly respond to incoming client inquiries, help them with issues, and advise them on the optimal use of our Event Management Software.

• You will work closely with our Product Consulting Team and support the management of client projects.

• Additionally, you will assist in preparing monthly payout documents.

⛳️ Requirements

• You must be enrolled at a university for at least 3 semesters.

• You are looking to work 16-20 hours per week.

• You are IT-savvy and confident in using various programs or are willing to learn new software.

• Ideally, you already have basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript or are eager to acquire and expand these skills.

• You possess a service-oriented mentality, strong communication and teamwork skills, and enjoy direct contact with clients.

• In addition to fluent German, you bring good English skills in both spoken and written forms.

• You work independently, in an organized manner, and maintain clarity even when faced with complex technical challenges.
