This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Serve as a reliable business partner and technical intermediary for enterprise clients.
• Oversee and assess IT project milestones and achievements, including customer onboarding and workflow implementations.
• Develop processes to enhance team efficiency.
• Perform business analysis on configurations and process mappings.
• Propel business development and identify opportunities for product-market alignment.
• Set up technical platform components to meet customer specifications.
• Oversee enterprise implementations across various modules.
• Act as the main technical escalation point for customer-related issues.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field.
• Two years of experience in a relevant role.
• Two years of experience in managing IT projects, including return on investment (ROI).
• Experience in driving business development utilizing Salesforce, B2B, and SaaS.
• Proficiency in defining modifications in IT contracts, subscription agreements, and similar documents.
• Experience in conducting business analysis related to process mapping.
• Familiarity with Hubspot, Totango, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Miro, Figma, BigQuery, and Google Cloud Platform.
