This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
β’ Partner Coordination: Foster relationships with letting agent partners through consistent communication, reaching out to agents to identify new properties and aiding in the creation of service order forms.
β’ Enquiry Management: Provide timely responses to incoming customer service enquiries via telephone, email, and digital messaging platforms.
β’ Tenant Onboarding: Systematically guide new customers through the onboarding process for their energy, gas, and broadband services to ensure a seamless move-in experience.
β’ Supplier Liaison: Directly coordinate with various utility suppliers to manage registration requests and monitor operational installation schedules.
β’ Data and Workflow Governance: Keep precise administrative records, update internal tracking systems, arrange operational follow-ups, and inform letting agents upon successful tenant onboarding.
β’ Digital Outreach Support: Contribute to targeted professional networking outreach initiatives and generate engaging content to assist in the management of digital media pages.
β’ General Administration: Perform daily general office administration tasks as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
β’ 1 to 3 years of experience in a dedicated administrative, customer service, or operational coordination position.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
β’ Strong organizational skills combined with keen attention to detail.
β’ High comfort level in professional communication across telephone, email, and mobile messaging channels.
β’ Proven ability to work independently within a remote office setting.
β’ Reliable internet access and a suitable, quiet home office environment.
β’ Legal authorization to undertake independent contract work within the South African market.
β’ Previous professional experience in the property, real estate, or utilities sectors (Desirable).
β’ Prior experience in supporting customer onboarding or client success functions (Desirable).
β’ Basic experience in creating promotional or brand content for digital networking platforms (Desirable).
