This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee, cultivate, and assess the team's performance.

• Provide structured feedback and maintain ongoing follow-up.

• Create individual and collective development strategies.

• Nurture new leadership within the operation.

• Promote a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable culture.

• Design and enhance internal processes.

• Ensure the area operates efficiently and is scalable.

• Identify bottlenecks, suggest enhancements, and monitor their execution.

• Develop documentation, workflows, training programs, and best practices.

• Ensure adherence to SLAs and departmental KPIs.

• Define, track, and analyze operational metrics.

• Maintain productivity, quality, and efficiency in customer service.

• Advocate for continuous improvement driven by data insights.

• Manage production capacity and effectively distribute work.

• Collaborate closely with the team and operational processes.

• Serve as a model for attitude, commitment, and execution.

• Be available to assist the team with daily challenges.

• Report on results, risks, and opportunities to the executive board.

• Anticipate potential issues before they affect operations.

• Present action plans and well-structured solutions.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and the department's evolution.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience leading operational or Customer Success teams.

• Background in project management and implementing enhancements.

• Experience in developing or restructuring processes.

• Excellent communication abilities and conflict resolution skills.

• Familiarity with metrics, targets, and performance evaluation.

• Proactive approach, capable of operating both strategically and operationally.

• Ability to mentor individuals and cultivate high-performance teams.

• Proficient in English.
