Werkstudent HR Contact Center – 18 Monate befristet

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assist the team in answering and addressing personnel inquiries from employees and managers across the Körber Group in Germany.

• You will ensure that entries and HR templates in our central HR knowledge database are up-to-date and customer-oriented.

• You will collaborate on the continuous improvement of our workflows and processes.

• You will support us in special projects within the HR sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are studying business, social, or economic sciences or a similar field and are enrolled for at least another year.

• You have a structured, meticulous, and dependable work style, along with a high degree of initiative.

• You possess strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.

• You excel at organizing and prioritizing your tasks and acquiring new knowledge.

• You have advanced skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and good English proficiency.
