Bilingual Orthodontic Contact Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide expert knowledge to patients and manage escalated calls.

• Oversee Salesforce and our messaging center.

• Address insurance-related tasks.

• Lead by example by consistently meeting service level agreements (SLAs).

• Occasionally facilitate team huddles and meetings.

• Participate in onboarding sessions to understand OrthoFi’s culture.

• Train in our OrthoFi Software.

• Complete the customer service and collections-specific onboarding curriculum.

• Manage all outbound and inbound communications with financially responsible parties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Orthodontic/Dental industry, particularly with insurance.

• Dedicated to achieving 100% customer satisfaction, whether assisting colleagues on the floor or handling calls during high volume periods.

• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening; proven capability to present in front of large groups or teams.

• Demonstrate empathy and compassion for patients while exhibiting a sense of urgency in resolving issues.

• Maintain a professional demeanor across all situations and environments.

• Quickly adapt to change while multitasking and managing various systems.

• Possess strong judgment and decision-making skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
