📋 Description

• Remote Contact Center Representative: Deliver essential support from home with thorough paid training and ongoing coaching to equip you with industry expertise and confidence.

• Verification and Follow-Up: Oversee daily verification and follow-up calls with healthcare providers to gather patient records. Also responsible for scheduling appointments with providers for record collection.

• Issue Resolution: Excel in a remote environment by effectively resolving issues through phone and electronic communication.

• Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to adapt and follow additional instructions based on changing project and business requirements as necessary.

• Professionalism: Uphold a professional demeanor while exhibiting strong interpersonal skills, an engaging personality, and a focus on both customer and team satisfaction.

• Productivity Tools: Efficiently utilize MS Office tools to optimize tasks and increase productivity.

• Call Volume Management: Effectively manage a high volume of outgoing calls.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: Ideally possess over 1 year of call center experience, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving abilities.

• Language Proficiency: The ideal candidate must be bilingual, with fluency in both Spanish and English.

• Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact effectively with healthcare providers.

• Relationship Building: Capable of establishing and maintaining positive relationships with healthcare professionals.

• Training Availability: Must be available to appear on video during the training phase.

• Attendance and Punctuality: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential for efficient role performance.

• Power Backup: Ensure a dependable power backup to prevent interruptions during work hours.

• High-Speed Internet: Maintain high-speed internet access to carry out tasks seamlessly.
