This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Convert incoming calls and online inquiries into confirmed self-storage rentals.
• Assist customers in exploring unit options and pricing, aligning their needs with suitable solutions.
• Proactively upsell when appropriate to enhance revenue and occupancy rates.
• Manage move-out calls with empathy, aiming to retain customers through personalized rebuttals.
• Record customer interactions in the CRM accurately and promptly.
• Meet essential performance metrics: conversions, follow-ups, and call volumes.
• Engage in team huddles and training sessions to maintain skills and knowledge.
• Deliver exceptional, on-brand customer service consistently.
• Over 1 year of experience in sales or a call center (additional credit for experience in both).
• Confident and persuasive communicator with excellent listening abilities.
• Driven by goals, with a competitive spirit and determination to surpass quotas.
• Proficient in using CRM tools, call software, and general technology (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Quick-thinking, adaptable, open to coaching, and ready to solve problems efficiently.
• Must be technologically inclined and capable of navigating multiple platforms concurrently, including during live calls.
• Availability to work within US time zones is required.
• An internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps is necessary.
