This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will assist our sales team in identifying and reaching out to new customer contacts, from initial research to the first point of contact.
• Identification of potential target companies and contacts (Data Research).
• Initiating contact via email, LinkedIn, and phone (including cold calling and follow-ups).
• Maintenance and updating of our CRM system.
• Participation in the expansion of additional acquisition channels (e.g., events, social selling).
• Close collaboration with our Enterprise Sales Team to continuously optimize our processes.
• You are a registered student, ideally in a business-related or communication-oriented degree program.
• You have initial practical experience in the B2B sector with corporate clients, particularly in sales.
• You possess strong communication skills, are open, and impress with a positive demeanor.
• You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner.
• You have an interest in B2B sales, startups, and digital solutions.
• You speak very good German (minimum C2) and good English.
• You can work efficiently remotely in a quiet environment with stable internet.
• You reside in Germany or in a timezone that aligns with CET.
• Flexible remote work – whether from home or on the go.
• Personal exchange and regular team workations (e.g., in Lisbon).
• A motivated, humorous team with flat hierarchies and plenty of creative freedom.
