Wellness Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Aetna clients, internal departments, and external partners to create and implement wellness initiatives.

• Oversee the planning and execution of onsite biometric screenings.

• Track participation and develop strategies to enhance engagement.

• Build relationships with plan sponsors and involve leaders in data-informed decision-making.

• Assist in the formation of a wellbeing champion network.

• Inform customers about available health resources.

• Act as a subject matter expert on wellness initiatives.

• Conduct in-person or virtual presentations to advocate for health education and wellbeing programs.

• Foster trustworthy relationships with customers, internal collaborators, and external vendors.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in delivering presentations and engaging a diverse range of audiences effectively.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare account management.

• At least 3 years of experience in promoting healthy lifestyle changes across various wellness domains including nutrition, physical activity, weight management, stress management, and tobacco cessation.

• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote, etc.).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• More than 2 years of experience with group medical insurance products and coverage options.

• Certified Wellness Practitioner or equivalent qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree in Public Health or equivalent professional experience.
