Wellness Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual care and support to adult members through 30-minute video consultations and asynchronous messaging regarding:

• Life coaching

• Acting as an accountability partner to help achieve goals

• Development of life skills, transitions, and organization

• Adopting and sustaining a healthy lifestyle

• Yoga and fitness programs

• Mindfulness and self-regulation

• Holistic health approaches

• Document encounter summaries in our practice management system, MPractice

• Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to address member needs, including recommendations for in-person referrals and follow-ups

• Represent Maven’s distinctive care model by providing culturally sensitive care and advocating our belief that improved outcomes for women and families contribute to a better world for everyone

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an ICF-Credentialed Coach certification (ACC, PCC, or MCC)

• Must be a resident of India

• Must be fluent in English, with fluency in Hindi preferred

• Capable of providing direct member care for approximately 5 hours per week. This is a part-time, independent contractor position (1099 role)

• Have at least 3 years of prior experience in the tele-health industry. Must be comfortable delivering care via a digital health platform

• Must have access to a laptop or desktop computer with robust and reliable internet connectivity

• Must be passionate about women’s and family health
