This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create tailored interventions and provide expert wellbeing support to participants facing challenges related to confidence, anxiety, wellbeing, motivation, or life circumstances.
• Perform wellbeing assessments and formulate individualized wellbeing action plans.
• Offer one-on-one coaching that enhances confidence, resilience, motivation, and work readiness.
• Design and lead group workshops and wellbeing initiatives.
• Assist participants in cultivating positive behaviors, routines, and coping mechanisms that enhance wellbeing and employment prospects.
• Aid participants in setting goals, addressing obstacles, and progressing towards sustainable employment.
• Collaborate with specialists, Employment Advisors, and broader teams to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Recognize participants needing extra assistance and provide suitable referrals through established pathways.
• Develop strong relationships with employers, stakeholders, local services, and community organizations.
• Keep precise records and fulfill evidence requirements in accordance with quality and contractual standards.
• Contribute to specialist pathway evaluations and multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Deliver wellbeing, behavioral change, and mental health support to help individuals overcome employment barriers and enhance their confidence, resilience, independence, and work readiness.
• A degree, Level 4+ qualification, or equivalent experience in Psychology, Health & Social Care, Counselling, Coaching, Mental Health, or a related field.
• Experience in assisting individuals to navigate psychological and behavioral barriers through coaching, mentoring, wellbeing support, or similar methods.
• Awareness of how factors like confidence, anxiety, motivation, and wellbeing can influence progression towards employment and positive life outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in providing one-on-one support.
• Capability to facilitate behavioral change and goal-setting.
• Empathy, professionalism, and a focus on a person-centered approach.
• Mental Health First Aid qualification (desirable).
• Training in Motivational Interviewing (desirable).
• Background in employability, wellbeing, welfare-to-work, education, voluntary, or community support services (desirable).
• Knowledge of disability, inclusion, and workplace wellbeing (desirable).
• Familiarity with local health, wellbeing, and community support resources (desirable).
• Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
• Dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults, including adherence to Prevent Duty and the positive promotion of modern British values.
