This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Conduct comprehensive in-person and phone meetings with prospective clients to carry out a needs assessment.
• Maintain a tracking system to oversee leads, newly acquired clients, and sources of referrals.
• Input client information into the case management system.
• Follow up with prospective clients who have yet to engage our services.
• Seek out and engage in networking opportunities on behalf of the Firm.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Assistant to organize networking events for both the staff and the Owner.
• Generate weekly reports on lead conversion rates and costs of acquisition for discussion with the Owner.
• Ensure a seamless transition of new cases to the legal team.
• Manage client feedback and reviews effectively.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a telephone-based role.
• At least one year of experience in data entry.
• Proficient keyboarding skills at a speed of 40 words per minute.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships.
• High school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume customer service environment.
• Ability to cultivate relationships with individuals.
• Capacity to interact with various personality types.
• Demonstrate empathy towards potential clients and provide reassurance during challenging times.
• Knowledge of how to close sales by instilling a sense of urgency and emphasizing value.
• Ability to think on your feet and remain undeterred when circumstances deviate from the plan.
• Willingness and aptitude to quickly learn new subjects (e.g., estate planning).
• Treat calls or meetings at 4:30 PM on a Friday with the same level of care and compassion as those on Monday mornings.
• Follow directives and appreciate the significance of policies and procedures.
• Exhibit team spirit while consistently acting with respect and integrity.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and cloud-based software solutions.
