This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Executing and guiding the strategic vision for the organization, ensuring it aligns with broader objectives related to launches and therapies.
• Directing discussions on clinical data and program planning with administrators and physician stakeholders to facilitate and enhance patient care pathways.
• Identifying essential stakeholders to forge partnerships with Interventional Cardiologists, hypertension specialists (General Cardiologists, Nephrology, Primary Care, Nursing, pharmacy, etc.), and hospital executives to raise awareness and advocate for hypertension care.
• Assessing customer needs and proposing approved hypertension and customer program initiatives that align with stakeholder objectives.
• Utilizing RDN customer relationship management software to record and monitor activities for quarterly productivity reporting.
• Managing and overseeing pilot programs and therapy awareness initiatives within the allocated local budget.
• Collaborating with local sales and clinical teams, as well as field-based reimbursement specialists, to identify and implement solutions that address customer needs.
• Acquiring a comprehensive understanding of hypertension awareness initiatives and customer programs to ensure that materials, programs, solutions, data, and resources are aligned with strategic goals and activities.
• Teaming up with the sales team, sales leadership, and marketing to develop strategies and opportunities for customer expansion to reach new physicians.
• Supporting and exemplifying a robust culture within the MDS team, focused on collaboration, customer orientation, ethics, and effective execution.
• Engaging in targeted Association and Society Events that relate to Market Development opportunities.
• Ensuring compliance with administrative and expense guidelines as set by Medtronic.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Over 7 years of experience in marketing, program or market development, sales, or a sales support role (5 years with an Advanced Degree).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• MBA or Master’s in Business, Hospital Administration, Nursing, or Life Science; healthcare marketing or consultative selling experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals is highly preferred.
• Experience in the cardiovascular suite of a hospital, such as Cath Lab, CV program coordinator, or CV program leadership.
• Background in developing new markets, including the implementation of key tactics, execution, and performance tracking.
• For degrees obtained outside of the United States, a qualification that meets the standards of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
