Weekend Triage Mental Health Counselor, Emergency Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Assess incoming calls and allocate resources accordingly

• Offer procedural guidance to crisis intervention clinicians

• Support Detox Admissions for Treatment Facilities

• Conduct initial phone assessments

• Oversee the activity of both active and pending cases

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a related discipline

• Excellent communication abilities

• Capability to collaborate and work effectively with team members

• Previous experience in crisis intervention is advantageous
