Specialized Travel Counselor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Provide travel advice and arrangements for corporate clients, including both individuals and groups.

• Coordinate and book domestic and international business travel encompassing air, road, rail, and lodging.

• Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) such as Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, and/or Galileo; training may be available.

• Interact with clients through phone, messaging/chat, email, and/or back-office systems.

• Actively advise clients and promote additional services while complying with company travel policies.

• Operate both independently and collaboratively to achieve business and account-specific objectives, including customer satisfaction, call adherence, and service metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in travel, ideally in business travel.

• Knowledge of fares and ticketing regulations for car, air, and hotel services.

• Proficient in GDS platforms: Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, and/or Galileo.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• High attention to detail.

• Ability to act ethically and safeguard personal traveler information.

• Solid understanding of the travel sector, encompassing business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation experience.

• Capacity to resolve customer issues swiftly and independently.

• Team-oriented with a willingness to accept feedback.

• Flexibility and readiness to work afternoon shifts (12–8pm) and weekends.

• Capable of working in a 24/7 Traveler Care environment.
