This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture relationships with a portfolio of automotive dealership clients.
• Oversee a comprehensive and/or intricate account load.
• Comprehend and convey customer challenges while prioritizing and triaging bugs and issues.
• Promptly address dealership inquiries and resolve the majority of issues on the spot.
• Implement monthly customer reporting that includes engagement rates, lead submissions, behavior, Google Analytics, SEO, and customer priorities.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and present customer feature requests to leadership.
• Convey priorities, timelines, deadlines, and direction to customers.
• Utilize Salesforce to develop product backlogs, track cases, and assess team efficiency.
• Propel portfolio application growth through upselling, expansion, and upgrading.
• Monitor account progress and outcomes to aid in external client retention.
• Collaborate with digital, creative services, and other departments to align priorities and requests.
• Suggest enhancements for site performance, creative services, third-party advisements, and improvements in responsive design.
• Track KPIs such as retention, expansion, engagement, adoption, and advocacy.
• BS/BA in a relevant field or an equivalent blend of education and professional experience.
• At least 2–3 years of progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency, and/or automotive retail management.
• Familiarity with dealership operations and the capability to interact with all dealership levels.
• Proficient in digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing.
• Google certifications in Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, or related domains.
• Strong written, verbal, phone communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Skills in customer service and relationship management.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team setting.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with website strategy, concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical and data-driven thinking abilities.
• Availability to support business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST.
• Candidates must reside in the Continental U.S.; preference for those in Mountain or Pacific time zones.
