Website Optimization Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Spearhead discussions on web strategy, assisting stakeholders in prioritizing and shaping website initiatives that align with acquisition and engagement objectives.

• Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to transform concepts into clear, high-quality website experiences.

• Establish and uphold standards for site consistency, including aesthetics, functionality, and user experience across constantcontact.com.

• Analyze key website metrics and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, Mouseflow, and Tableau, translating data into strategic insights.

• Manage the content delivery process, which includes quality assurance, publishing, and oversight within Contentful, ensuring impeccable execution in line with strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or web, showcasing a proven ability to think strategically about digital experiences.

• Proficient in leading cross-functional discussions and influencing designers, developers, and stakeholders.

• Possess an analytical mindset with experience (or a strong interest) in tools like Google Analytics, Mouseflow, and Tableau.

• Familiarity with CMS platforms (such as Contentful) or project management tools (like ClickUp) is advantageous; we will provide training for the right candidate.

• Strong instincts, attention to detail, and a commitment to converting strategy into high-quality execution.
