Web/Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the website from start to finish and design visitor experiences for at least two target personas, achieving measurable lead generation results within the first six months.

• Sustain and enhance the website design system.

• Increase output through automated design processes utilizing tools such as n8n and Claude.

• Develop assets for every marketing channel, including social media and email.

• Work collaboratively with the design team, coordinating on brand development and shared asset libraries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience in B2B web design, landing page creation, and marketing asset development.

• Demonstrated expertise in designing for lead generation and conversion optimization.

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Proven history of establishing repeatable AI-driven workflows.

• Knowledge of responsive web design principles.

• Experience in designing layouts that can be implemented effectively.

• Developed assets across various channels: web, social media, email, and print.

• UX-oriented mindset to map user journeys and organize information hierarchies.

• Comfortable working within Webflow.

• Strong English proficiency suitable for an international business setting.

• BONUS: Front-end coding abilities (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
