Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• In the role of Senior Graphic Technical Designer, you will oversee the preparation and enhancement of artwork files for production, develop comprehensive specification packages, manage timelines, and guarantee that all graphics and signage are precise, orderly, and ready for printing or fabrication.

• Create visual specification packages for artwork, signage, logos, and wallpaper utilizing PowerPoint.

• Configure high-resolution print files by accurately downloading, upscaling, and resizing images.

• Ensure color fidelity for all outputs, including color adjustments and matching.

• Collaborate with our design, print, and production teams to finalize concepts.

• Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to format and enhance print-ready artwork.

• Uphold quality control measures to ensure all files produced meet established standards.

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation and file management systems.

• Keep abreast of design trends and emerging technologies (including AI tools) to enhance quality and efficiency.

• Prepare ADA signage, custom artwork, murals, logos/cutouts, specification packages, and files ready for printing/cutting on materials other than paper, such as canvas, vinyl, and acrylic. These files will be processed and cut using our CNC and Laser Cutters, as well as roll-to-roll and flatbed printers.

⛳️ Requirements

• __**Must-have Skills/Qualification:**__

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the signage industry.

• At least 3 years of experience specifically with ADA signage ***Yes***.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), PowerPoint, and Canva.

• Familiarity with any ADA/Braille signage software.

• Strong understanding of print specifications, file preparation, and layout practices.

• Basic skills in color matching.

• Visual composition skills and meticulous attention to detail (even if not creating original artwork).

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and project/time management skills.

• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Interest in long-term growth and teamwork.

• __**Advantageous Skills/Experience:**__

• Experience in image recreations, custom mural designs, and AI image generation.

• Familiarity with CAD and 3D modeling software (such as Sketchup, etc.).
