Video Editor, Motion Graphics Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop engaging and high-performing social media advertisements that align with creative briefs and generate measurable outcomes.

• Create dynamic motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and convey brand messages effectively.

• Work closely with strategists, creative leads, and editors to optimize video and graphic content specifically designed for social media platforms.

• Utilize performance insights and creative feedback to consistently improve and elevate the effectiveness of advertisements.

• Assume creative leadership for projects while being open to feedback and iterative processes.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently with a keen attention to detail, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

• Keep Adobe project files organized and efficient.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in creating engaging digital content for social media platforms.

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro with a strong grasp of storytelling and pacing.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, including motion graphics, kinetic typography, and visual effects.

• Strong capabilities in Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design, asset creation, and innovative problem-solving.

• Comprehensive understanding of social media optimization and platform-specific best practices.

• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) with strong comprehension abilities for effective collaboration with international teams.

• Quick learner who thrives on feedback, adapts swiftly to new challenges, and takes ownership of creative projects.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

• Successful completion of a technical audit is required.

• Availability from 9am to 6pm PST is mandatory.
