Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Capable of effortlessly transitioning between print and digital design, producing high-quality, production-ready assets that satisfy both technical specifications and brand guidelines.

• Extensive experience in print and point of purchase (POP) design, including the creation of brochures, flyers/inserts, welcome kits, packaging, and materials for retail or kiosks, with a comprehensive understanding of how these assets function in physical spaces.

• Strong grasp of print production processes (bleed, dielines, color systems) with the capability to prepare production-ready files and collaborate with vendors to ensure precise execution of materials, finishes, and colors in dynamic environments.

• Able to work autonomously to manage your own workflow, execute assigned tasks, and maintain a high standard of output without requiring close oversight.

• Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Design Leads, and other team members, integrating feedback to enhance deliverables.

• Keep abreast of design trends, tools, and best practices, honing techniques to continuously elevate creative results.

• Employ AI-driven tools and visualization methods to rapidly prototype and explore packaging concepts.

• Create visual presentations that effectively convey product ideas to internal teams and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in graphic design encompassing both digital and print, with demonstrated seniority and ownership in brand asset development and production.

• A degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

• A collaborative approach with the ability to work across different functions.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for projects.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.

• Proficient level of English.
